“Stargazer” - The Holy Spirit spoke this word to my heart yesterday during a prayer session with friends. I knew instantly He was making reference to the faith of Abraham that came when the Lord turned him into a “stargazer”. I too looked up in the spirit when I heard that word and saw a million stars in the heavens, bright and shiny and beautiful and knew that each one represented a promise from the heart of God, promises he will not fail to keep if we will believe Him. Then suddenly I was looking down at the same stars from the heavenly perspective of being seated with Christ in heavenly places and knew that each promise was already fulfilled to us, that is why we can also call those things that be not as though they were already -  just like Father and Jesus! I was struck with wonder at the awesomeness of God to enable us to stand in both places at the same time, both looking up into eternity and looking down from eternity. Wow!

“Stargazers” – can we become so heavenly minded we are no earthly good? Don’t think so! Since the heavens declare His glory I think we had better be looking up, we had better become “stargazers” by spending time in His glory – both Word and Spirit. Then the impartations for life we need can be given and we can live our God-destined life. Faith - simply believing what God says, like Abraham!

Then – in a continuance of the transition process, I saw the Holy Spirit actually pull a fully developed “baby” out of the birth canal feet first! Trouble in transition – needed help.  I knew in the spirit that there was no trauma or pain involved because of this - just relief that God had stepped in to help by accelerating the process. So although things have not proceeded according to your expectation and even hope, you still have a “baby”! Right?!  And don’t believe the lie that you failed, couldn’t do it, that’s why God had to rescue you. No, just trust His decision, okay?

Prayer: Wonderful Father, thank you for my Helper, your Holy Spirit. Thank you that He leads and guides me in all the affairs of life – both on earth and in heaven. Help me to become a “stargazer” so I can be transformed more and more into the image of Jesus Christ as I behold His glory day by day, so I will become more earthly good! LOL!
